Four days of golf, fun and special moments to experience together, but not only that. Every year, the Invitational is also an opportunity to support charitable causes by renewing its commitment to Peso Positivo, an organization dedicated to the prevention and fight against nutrition and eating disorders (DNA). A weekend dedicated to golf and charity with big names in sports and entertainment engaged in a challenge that is not only sporting but also includes, as is the tradition of this event, a concrete focus on the world of solidarity.
Peso Positivo: Together against eating disorders
Peso Positivo was born in March 2020 through an Instagram account (@peso_positivo) and aims to prevent Nutrition and Eating Disorders (DNA), support people of all ages who suffer from eating disorders and those who support them every day, creating a space for their digital community where problems can be addressed in a competent, constructive and serene way.
Giulia and Beatrice, two girls who in the past suffered from anorexia, now create all the content for the Instagram page. The online activity, supported by off-line initiatives, allows to reach an increasingly wider audience and in an increasingly in-depth way thanks to the support of a Technical Scientific Committee composed of 12 professionals who guarantee the correctness and accuracy of the message.
